Positive: The location is perfect if you're looking for a place to sit back and relax. The cabin itself is in a perfect location in the forest, with just a few other cabins nearby (the pictures are taken in a way so you don't see the other cabins nearby on the other side of the road). The beach is only a couple of minutes away and you nearly always have it to yourself!

Negative: Keep in mind that this is a very basic cabin and the price reflects that. The owner made some improvements based on earlier reviews, like a hand rail for the outside stairs to the bedroom. This cabin is definitely a challenge with bad weather, because you have to go outside to use the kitchen and bathroom (everything is in separate rooms that you can only reach from the outside...) and there is no central heating. There is no wifi (sit back and relax) and don't forget to bring your own drinking water. The water from the tap and shower contains a lot of iron (it smells) and is not safe to drink.

Positive: My wife and I stayed here with our two large dogs and really enjoyed it. The kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom each have separate entrances, which was very convenient in our case. The surroundings are full of nature, peaceful, with the sound of the waves in the background. A wonderful place if you want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. The kitchen was very well equipped — perfect for culinary creativity. The only discomfort was the mosquitoes — bloodthirsty and relentless. Fortunately, there was a mosquito net in the bedroom, so we could sleep comfortably with the window slightly open. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here.

Summary: An excellent spot for a peaceful getaway in nature.

Positive: That was a perfect home for our vacation. Great place, sea is just couple hundred meters away. Dogs are welcome and it was a paradise for our GSP (hunting, smelling, running, swimming). The house has everything what might be needed. Arround the place - old trees, calmness and silence. The beach is perfect for long walks. Very few people. Highly recommend.

Positive: The place is beautiful and a lot of care was put into it. Very close to the beach (although not the greatest). We were pleasantly surprised that we found everything we needed at the site, even barbeque charcoal, the kitchen is supplied with anything you might need, the shower too.

Negative: Mosquitos... We couldn't be outside and enjoy the surroundings because of mosquitos and other blood sucking bugs. They even followed us to the beach! I'm not overreacting, it was just terrible. Sprays don't help, we tried 3 different ones. A few miles in other directions the mosquito problem is almost non-existent. Makes me think the human made ponds are a breeding ground for them. Keyless pin locks on the outside of doors... That was creepy. I'm strong so I know in case anything happens I can kick the door out, but still. Creepy.

Summary: One very small thing can ruin everything.

Positive: Cottage is cute, but a few significant drawbacks. One, the address is the whole town - not the cottage itself; that said, you can find it along the main road just by looking for something to match the photos but check in was a bit stressful as host was not answering emails. Ended up just trying one of the doors and finding the whole place unlocked with keys inside :D Bedroom and bathroom were clean; kitchen was kinda gross- had to wash everything before using. It's comfortable enough and very unique with each room opening outside (as other reviewers have pointed out the stairs with no railing in the dark is a bit fishy). Unfortunately I didn't get to shower as the water in the shower came out very yellow and didn't clear. I'm not familiar with the water in this area if that's normal. Host was kind to leave a bottle of drinking water in the fridge. Overall a good night but not quite worth the price.
